By using Dream OS, registering a business, submitting information, participating in Dream Trivia, browsing Dream Store, contacting businesses, or interacting with the platform, users agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Platform Overview
Dream OS is a business growth and customer engagement platform that may include:
- Business profiles and public listings
- Dream Store product and service pages
- Dream Trivia campaigns and engagement tools
- Lead forms, customer inquiries, and order requests
- Dream Festival event participation
- Analytics and reporting systems
- Business onboarding and registration systems
3. Business Participation
Businesses using Dream OS are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and professionalism of submitted content, products, services, pricing, offers, images, descriptions, videos, and claims.
- Businesses should not upload misleading or fraudulent information
- Businesses should comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Businesses are responsible for customer fulfillment and communication
- Dream OS may review, edit, suspend, reject, or remove content when necessary
4. Dream Trivia Participation
Dream Trivia is designed as an interactive customer engagement experience. Trivia activity may include videos, questions, customer participation, rewards, rankings, timers, or promotional campaigns.
- Players should follow official trivia rules and eligibility standards
- Prize claims may require verification or review
- Fraud, bots, duplicate accounts, or manipulation may result in disqualification
- Dream OS may suspend or remove accounts involved in suspicious activity
- Trivia rules may vary by campaign, sponsor, business, or event
5. Dream Store and Product Requests
Dream Store may display business products, services, offers, or inquiry forms. Dream OS is not automatically the seller, manufacturer, or fulfillment provider for listed products.
- Businesses are responsible for their own product fulfillment
- Customers should review product details before purchasing or requesting services
- Dream OS may remove listings that violate platform standards
6. Customer Leads and Communications
Dream OS may route customer inquiries, lead forms, or order requests to participating businesses. Businesses are responsible for handling customer interactions professionally and legally.
- Spam, abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity is prohibited
- Businesses should not misuse customer information
- Customers should provide accurate contact details
7. Platform Availability
Dream OS may update, modify, pause, expand, or remove platform features at any time as the ecosystem evolves.
The platform may experience maintenance, upgrades, testing periods, beta functionality, outages, or evolving integrations.
8. Intellectual Property
Dream OS branding, platform designs, layouts, logos, systems, content structure, and original materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Businesses retain ownership of their own uploaded business materials, subject to platform display and operational use rights.
9. Prohibited Activity
- Fraudulent prize claims or manipulation
- Uploading harmful software or malicious code
- Misleading business claims
- Unauthorized account access attempts
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Spam activity or fake lead generation
- Violations of applicable laws or regulations
10. Analytics and Reporting
Dream OS may provide businesses with analytics related to engagement, profile activity, product interest, leads, customer actions, campaign performance, and related business metrics.
Analytics are informational tools and should not be treated as guaranteed business outcomes.
11. No Guarantee of Results
Dream OS is designed to support business visibility and engagement, but does not guarantee sales, profits, customer growth, funding, partnerships, sponsorships, or financial outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability
Dream OS is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream OS and related operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages connected to platform use, campaigns, prizes, products, leads, customer actions, or business relationships.
13. Suspension and Termination
Dream OS may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate accounts, listings, campaigns, or participation when necessary to protect the platform, businesses, customers, sponsors, partners, or operations.
14. Future Financial Services
Dream OS may explore future integrations involving payment processing, financial services, sponsorships, banking support, partner programs, or related infrastructure. Additional terms may apply to those services.
15. Changes to These Terms
Dream OS may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves, new features are added, or operational requirements change.
