Dream OS Terms of Service

Platform participation should be clear and transparent.

These Terms of Service describe rules, responsibilities, limitations, and participation standards connected to Dream OS, Dream Trivia, Dream Store, Dream Festival, business profiles, customer engagement, analytics, registrations, and related platform activity.

These Terms are operational platform terms and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before large-scale public launch, prize campaigns, banking relationships, or national expansion.

By using Dream OS, registering a business, submitting information, participating in Dream Trivia, browsing Dream Store, contacting businesses, or interacting with the platform, users agree to these Terms of Service.

Businesses using Dream OS are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and professionalism of submitted content, products, services, pricing, offers, images, descriptions, videos, and claims.

4. Dream Trivia Participation

Dream Trivia is designed as an interactive customer engagement experience. Trivia activity may include videos, questions, customer participation, rewards, rankings, timers, or promotional campaigns.

5. Dream Store and Product Requests

Dream Store may display business products, services, offers, or inquiry forms. Dream OS is not automatically the seller, manufacturer, or fulfillment provider for listed products.

6. Customer Leads and Communications

Dream OS may route customer inquiries, lead forms, or order requests to participating businesses. Businesses are responsible for handling customer interactions professionally and legally.

7. Platform Availability

Dream OS may update, modify, pause, expand, or remove platform features at any time as the ecosystem evolves.

The platform may experience maintenance, upgrades, testing periods, beta functionality, outages, or evolving integrations.

Dream OS branding, platform designs, layouts, logos, systems, content structure, and original materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Businesses retain ownership of their own uploaded business materials, subject to platform display and operational use rights.

Dream OS is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream OS and related operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages connected to platform use, campaigns, prizes, products, leads, customer actions, or business relationships.

Dream OS may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate accounts, listings, campaigns, or participation when necessary to protect the platform, businesses, customers, sponsors, partners, or operations.
