These Terms of Service explain the rules for using The Dream website, Dream Trivia, Dream Festival, Dream Store, business profiles, networking tools, promotional campaigns, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Dream, Dream Trivia, Dream Festival, Dream Store, business networking tools, websites, applications, dashboards, landing pages, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the platform.
2. About The Dream
The Dream is a business growth and promotional engagement ecosystem designed to help businesses gain visibility, educate customers, drive engagement, connect with other businesses, and participate in digital and live promotional experiences.
The platform may include Dream Trivia, Dream Festival, Dream Store, business profiles, analytics, networking tools, promotional campaigns, customer engagement features, and third-party service connections.
3. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to participate in certain features, games, rewards, stores, events, or business tools.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate account information.
- Keep login credentials secure.
- Use only one account unless otherwise permitted.

- Use fake reviews, fake engagement, or artificial traffic.
- Misrepresent pricing, guarantees, results, or customer benefits.
- Harass, spam, or misuse customer or business contact information.
The Dream may review, reject, remove, suspend, or restrict business accounts, listings, videos, promotions, store products, or event participation at its discretion.
5. Dream Trivia Terms
Dream Trivia is designed as a promotional, educational, and knowledge-based engagement experience. Users may watch business content and answer questions based on that content.
Game rules may include:
- Users watch business promotional or educational content.
- Users answer trivia questions based on the content.
- Results may be based on accuracy, completion time, eligibility, and rule compliance.
- Rewards or prizes may require verification before payment.
- Dream may disqualify users for fraud, abuse, automation, duplicate accounts, or rule violations.
Each promotion may have separate official rules, eligibility requirements, prize details, deadlines, geographic limits, and verification requirements.
6. No Purchase Necessary
Unless clearly stated in separate official rules, standard Dream Trivia promotional participation does not require a purchase, payment, business purchase, store purchase, subscription, banking enrollment, or merchant processing enrollment.
If any campaign requires special terms, those terms must be clearly disclosed in the applicable official rules.
7. Rewards, Prizes, and Promotional Campaigns
Rewards, prizes, credits, recognition, or promotional benefits may be offered as part of marketing, sponsorship, customer engagement, or platform growth campaigns.

Event participants agree to:

- Follow vendor, sponsor, and booth rules.
- Respect attendees, staff, performers, vendors, and businesses.
- Not engage in unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct.
The Dream may remove attendees, vendors, businesses, sponsors, or participants from events for safety, compliance, misconduct, or operational reasons.
9. Dream Store Terms
Dream Store may allow businesses to list products or services and may allow users to discover or purchase from participating businesses.
Businesses are responsible for:
- Product accuracy.
- Pricing accuracy.
- Order fulfillment.
- Refund policies.
- Customer service.
- Taxes, shipping, and regulatory compliance.
- Legal right to sell listed products or services.
Unless otherwise stated, The Dream is not the manufacturer, seller, shipper, or guarantor of third-party business products.
10. Payment Processing and Banking Services
The Dream may connect businesses with third-party banks, payment processors, merchant service providers, financial technology providers, or other partners.
Third-party providers may require separate applications, underwriting, KYC, KYB, AML checks, chargeback review, risk controls, reserves, fees, and service agreements.
11. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
Some Dream features may be free, while others may require subscription fees, service fees, transaction fees, platform fees, advertising fees, event fees, store fees, or other charges.
Billing terms may include:
- Monthly or annual subscription plans.
- Plan upgrades or downgrades.
- Promotional trial periods.
- Third-party processing fees.
- Store transaction fees.
- Event participation fees where applicable.
Refunds, cancellations, renewals, and billing changes may be governed by separate billing terms or plan terms.
12. Prohibited Conduct
Users and businesses may not:

- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

13. Content Ownership and License
Businesses and users retain ownership of content they lawfully create and upload.
By uploading content to The Dream, you grant The Dream a limited license to host, display, reproduce, promote, distribute, modify for formatting, and use the content for platform operation, marketing, analytics, business discovery, event promotion, and related services.
You represent that you own or have permission to use all uploaded content, including images, videos, music, logos, names, trademarks, and written materials.
14. Intellectual Property
The Dream name, platform design, software, branding, page layouts, graphics, platform systems, business methods, trademarks, and proprietary materials are owned by The Dream or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, duplicate, exploit, or misuse The Dream’s intellectual property without written permission.
15. Privacy and Data
Use of the platform is also governed by The Dream Privacy Policy.
The Dream may collect and use information to operate the platform, provide analytics, prevent fraud, improve services, communicate with users, support businesses, comply with law, and secure the platform.
Businesses may receive analytics and reporting related to campaign performance, video engagement, trivia participation, store activity, and customer interaction, subject to privacy rules and platform limits.
16. Disclaimers
The Dream provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Dream does not guarantee:
- Specific sales results.
- Specific customer growth.
- Specific trivia traffic.
- Specific event attendance.
- Banking or merchant processing approval.
- Prize availability in every location.
- Uninterrupted or error-free platform operation.
- That every business, user, sponsor, vendor, or third party will perform as expected.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Dream shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to use of the platform.
This includes losses related to business performance, customer activity, technical issues, third-party services, payment providers, event disruptions, user conduct, or promotional outcomes.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Dream, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, vendors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, business misconduct, uploaded content, products, services, or infringement of third-party rights.
19. Account Suspension or Termination
The Dream may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if a user or business violates these Terms, creates risk, engages in fraud, harms the platform, violates law, or acts against platform integrity.
Termination may result in removal of content, loss of access, cancellation of participation, disqualification from promotions, or removal from events.
20. Changes to These Terms
The Dream may update these Terms from time to time. Updates may be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
