Dream OS is built for legitimate business promotion, customer engagement, local commerce, and economic development. Users may not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or high-risk activity. Dream OS may remove content, restrict accounts, suspend campaigns, or escalate activity for review when conduct violates this policy.

Allowed Uses

Dream OS may be used by approved businesses and participants for legitimate commercial and engagement activity.

• Run approved promotional campaigns.
• Engage customers through lawful trivia or challenge formats.
• Review analytics and leads.

Prohibited Uses

The platform may not be used for unlawful or harmful activity.

• Fraud, scams, fake businesses, impersonation, or identity misuse.
• Illegal goods or services.
• Misleading offers or bait-and-switch promotions.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or abusive conduct.
• Attempts to manipulate rewards, votes, trivia results, analytics, or payouts.

High-Risk Activity

Certain industries or activities may require enhanced review, partner approval, or may be prohibited depending on bank and processor rules.

• Gambling or lottery activity.
• Weapons, controlled substances, or illegal products.
• Adult content or exploitative services.
• Unlicensed financial products.
• Medical, lending, or regulated claims without proper authorization.

Content Standards

Businesses are responsible for making sure their listings, offers, images, pricing, hours, and claims are accurate.

• No false advertising.
• No unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted content.
• No fake reviews or artificial engagement.
• No deceptive prize or reward claims.

Enforcement

Dream OS may warn, limit, suspend, remove, or permanently disable accounts that violate this policy. In serious cases, Dream OS may preserve records, notify partners, cooperate with lawful requests, or refer matters for compliance review.
